Now, we are very excited to share with you the first issue of Global Journal of Microbiology, as one of the flagship magazines in the series of global journals published by Scholars Publishing, LLC. This journal serves as a platform for sharing the high quality and important contributions in the frontiers in prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms, such as viruses, bacteria, yeasts, fungi, archaea and protozoa, and all aspects of microbiology, including nomenclature, morphology, structure, replication, expression, function, genetics, enzymology, metabolism, physiology, infection, microbial-host interaction, microbial-environment interaction, pathogenesis, pathology, immunology, diagnosis, treatment, detection, ecology, surveillance, epidemiology, prevention and control, as well as genomics, bioinformatics, biotechnology, vaccines, therapeutics and drugs.
